From m point of view, style (talent) is more important than substance (technique). You can learn how to do it, but that vital spark called creativity/talent is a gift! :D

It's a good picture. Couldn't say no to that sky. However I had no time to sit down and write a good comment, that'll have to wiat untill have have some free time next week. Have to write off some other pictures too.
